All,
It has come to my attention that Discipline has 'slipped' over the past months of the Fleet's initiation. My hopes were to create a calm and idealistic place of work, however tempers have been driven and individuals have begun to step out of line and showing disrespect to command officers. To that end a new system of discipline will be enforced.
First however I will talk about;
reportings
The chain of command is in place to stop everyone from bothering the same, higher up officers with issues that are not relevant to their job. Please take note of the following.
ALL regular members and NCO's (None Commissioned Officers) are to report their Department Heads.
Dep Heads should report to the Adjutant.
Adjutant reports to the XO
XO reports to the CO (Myself)
Anyone caught skipping the Chain of Command will face disciplinary action.
In the event a certain member of command is occupied or out of area, the following action should be taken.
Regulars/NCO's report to another Dep head. (If unavailable then the Adj/XO
Adj may skip to CO.
Chain of Command is subject to change. Please report to regular meetings with Dep Heads.
Briefings
The CO will conduct regular briefings with Senior officers. In the event of any missing a brief, the senior Officers will report to the Adjutant.
From there the Senior Officers will brief officers of their Departments.
The XO will do an individual brief with all ship Captains.
Officers will brief any Regulars/NCO's under their command.
Discipline
Disciplinary action is as follows;
Green Sanction.
For green offences such as; late for work, unacceptable uniforms... etc
Extra duties and Adjutant's Warning will be awarded.
Yellow Sanction
For Yellow Offences such as; Drunk/hungover for duty, disobeying orders etc..
Extra Duties and RoP's (Restriction of Privileges) as well as XO's Warning will be awarded.
Red Sanction
For Red Offences such as; Drug use, criminal acts, repeated offences etc...
Extra duties, RoP's XO's and CO's Warnings and possible demotion as well as a 3 day brig sentence will be awarded.
Any questions should be taken to the Chain of Command.

Fleet CO.
