I have place her here for well different reason.
1) she is not in fleet nor able to join
2) I though she might be able to be used as an outsider or maybe NPC in fleet related event or episodes

Born form an unsanctioned union between her Orion mother of the Var'mog clan and Human father Thomas Delicate a Starfleet Captain. Her mother where found a drift, by the good captain in the Delta Volanis Cluster after her ship where almost destroyed, by a rival Orion Clan. She was taken aboard ship and during the voyage home her mother felt in love with her savior. She where however forced to kill him to redeem her Honor in the eye of her matriarch fearful for her unborn child she could do nothing else the make his death quick and painless. With a last look into his eyes it was done. <br>
Her child though still bares the mark of her farther by having much lighter complexion, his eyes and a less powerful build then her pure blooded brethren and though suffering from much disdain form her piers she have manage to become a very successful Commander in the KDF.
She is however very dedicate to the Empire though she do not believe in the war against Starfleet... Indeed in the light of the ever present dangers of Borg, Romulan and Undine infiltration it saps to much of the needed manpower and and arsenal.<br>
She do however what she can with her skills in engineering strengthening the Empire defenses with cunning, wit and a hardy phazer.
Her crew though comes from all over the Empire and share her belief and are ready to stand by her side no matter where it would take them. What she is not aware of is she have a half-sister in the SDF who may be looking for her fathers wear about.
