It seems I have been assigned to the U.S.S. Arch-Royal. I sit here in San Francisco. The city where the Starfleet Academy is located. These are the good days. It's raining. I managed to see that woman in the mess hall. I've never had an eye for the Vulcan women, but this one is different. The ears almost.. Nevermind.
I have made sure to collect my things and prepare for our next orders. I am fairly certain that these new orders will bring some very interesting times. The weight and burden that comes with being the Chief Medical Officer has never felt so light and refreshing. I will not let these men and women down.
