Quog's Place (RP place for SB Sierra 39)

Z'Hai sat with Lt. Imeli-Roz at a quiet table sharing a few drinks and having a quiet conversation...

Monroe enters the bar at a slow, casual pace. He heads for the bar, scanning the bar quickly, as he walks past Z'Hai's table he gives a quick nod to both Z'Hai and Imeli-Roz.

As he approaches the bar, pulling up a stool he waves over the bartender; "Open a tab. I'll take an Appletini, like how they used to make 'em on Earth." the bartender rolls his eyes at the request but goes off to make the drink regardless.

Imeli-Roz smiles at Monroe as he passes, Z'hai nods slowly. After Monroe passes Z'hai and Imeli-Roz pick up they're conversation again...

"...another Roz?"
"Yes, thank you love."

...Z walks to the bar asking for two more glasses of Suarian Brandy, as she waits she turns to Monroe...

"...a little hard on the new guy weren't you?"

The bartender places the Appletini into Monroe's hand; which he casually sips turning to Z'Hai.

"C'mon! You heard him, he was an A-hole, he needed it." he slowly turns his head to look towards Z'Hai's table.

"On a date huh?" a smirk covers his face.

"Maybe so, but don't forget that "we" were the first glimpse of the Fleet he got...not a very good first impression in my mind."

Z follows his eyes to the table where Roz sits...

"I wouldn't call it a date...more of a night out that we've been waiting for for a long time."

...she takes the drinks she ordered with a smile at the bartender...

"Put Monroe's drinks on my bill..."

...she takes a step away from the bar then stops...

"...care to join us?"

He frowns for a moment, "Perhaps, but still. He hardly gave a good first impression himself."

"Put Monroe's drinks on my bill..."

...she takes a step away from the bar then stops...

"...care to join us?"

He quickly smiles and nods, "Yeah sure." he gestures to his drink, "Thanks by the way."

...she leads the way over to the table, handing Roz her drink she introduces them...

"Lt.Comm. Imeli-Roz...meet Lt. Monroe our acting quartermaster."

...Rox lifts her drink with a smile...

<Roz>"A pleasure to meet you Monroe, Z'Hai has told me a lot about you."

...Z takes a sip of her brandy as her eyes drift to Roz...

"Lt.Comm. Imeli-Roz...meet Lt. Monroe our acting quartermaster."

Monroe smiles to Imeli-Roz; "A pleasure indeed." before chuckling loudly.

"Not all bad I hope?" giving Z'Hai a cheeky wink as he says it.

"No, none of it was bad at all. She says you'll make a good senior officer..."

...Roz takes a sip of brandy and smirks...

"...I have to admit, when she told me last night that you said you could kick her ass...it was pretty amusing..."

...her hand drifts over covering Z'Hai's as she grins...

"...she was my best student in hand to hand, I taught her almost everything I know...well everything that Charon knew. She even broke my jaw in two places once."

...Z feigns over the top femininity...

"Who me?"

"No, none of it was bad at all. She says you'll make a good senior officer..."

"Oh really?" he gives a quick look of surprise in Z'Hai's direction.

"...I have to admit, when she told me last night that you said you could kick her ass...it was pretty amusing..."

...her hand drifts over covering Z'Hai's as she grins...

"...she was my best student in hand to hand, I taught her almost everything I know...well everything that Charon knew. She even broke my jaw in two places once."

he grins fiercely to Imeli-Roz. "That's all well and good, but you can't touch this." He flexes in a heroic fashion.

"I've kicked a Klingon's ass. I'm sure I can take the Andorian." he winks playfully towards Z'Hai.

"MmHm, shes convinced you will be..."

...there is a pause as she thinks for a moment...

"Well, no one is unbeatable Monroe, but I can assure you...you'd never forget that she was there."

...Roz grins a bit as she looks at Z, who finally speaks up...

"A klingon eh...I'm impressed."

...Z takes a drink hiding the smirk on her face, but the cheeky set of her eyes gives her away.

...Roz nods as she takes another drink...

"MmHm, shes convinced you will be..."

...there is a pause as she thinks for a moment...

"Well, no one is unbeatable Monroe, but I can assure you...you'd never forget that she was there."

...Roz grins a bit as she looks at Z, who finally speaks up...

"A klingon eh...I'm impressed."

...Z takes a drink hiding the smirk on her face, but the cheeky set of her eyes gives her away.

"I appreciate the kind words, ma'am." nodding respectfully towards Z'Hai with a smile.

He takes a long sip of his drink, "I'll keep my unbeatable attitude 'til proven wrong. Thank you." he smirks casually , his arms folded.

Karlos' voice is echoed across the bar "DABO!!" He laughs, giving a quick high-five to a freighter Captain he'd been playing with. Still chuckling he walks to the bar and gets himself a cranberry juice
"Cheers!" he says to a very unimpressed looking Ferengi, before gulping down half the glass.
His eyes scan the bar, meeting with the small company of his fellow fleet members, wondering over he nods his head in greeting.
"Ah, good to see some friendlies, this place is full of shady characters" he motions to a bunch of lizard-like creatures
"Good lord man, look at that bunch over there, I think they've spotted us!" He laughs and turns to lean on the table between Monroe and Z'Hai
"I hope you've all been keeping out of trouble, many fights take place here."

"I have no intention of causing trouble sir..."

...she takes a sip of her brandy before continuing...

"...however, I have no intention of running away either...should it find me."

...Roz smiles politely to Karlos...

...then her attention turns to Z'Hai with a crooked smirk...

"...always so tough, so confident. Where ever did you get that from?

...Z half smiles...

"I wonder."
