Want to lead a mission/episode?
All members are free to do so, but what will you require?

Be resourceful:
Have you looked at our roster? Can you include everyone into it? What if someone at the last minute can't make it? Can you compensate for it? Be sure your story is flexible enough to include/remove people at any point throughout the night. If someone disconnects and can't return you may have to use an NPC to take their place.
Have a script:
Check episode one (Once complete) and see how all the events through the night were planned in advance. Notice how while one thing is happening, involving key characters, there is always something else going on to involve everyone else. Don't let people get bored waiting around. RP should be happening all over. You MUST have a script, this will ensure the night runs smoothly and the GM knows where they're at without missing key details. - It should also be submitted to myself before the go ahead for the event.
Have patience, include everyone:
Some people may be slow at RPing, give chance for everyone to contribute, if someone seems to be idle and just waiting to be brought into something, find something for them to do, partner them up with someone on a task so the both of them can go RP it out.
Have fun!
An event should be fun, even for the GM. If the planning is all done propperly the night should flow and there shouldn't be too much for the GM to stress about. Get other people involved to help you when you get stuck. Usually someone will step in and lend a hand.
